Echard interviewed three women playwrites (Elizabeth Hansen, Dr. Susan Howe, and Dr. Frances Anne Smeath) about their work and the process of writing and creating plays. Included are transcriptions of their interviews describing their early careers, writing style, and literary inspirations.
