The spatially displaced ghost : fragrance folklore / Andy Schultz, 2005
Schultz interviews employees at department store fragrance counters and collects the folkloric beliefs that surround smelling good. He believes that most folklore is created when a person has an experience with the unknown, and that fragrance folklore arises because it facilitates romance between one sex and the unknown world of the opposite sex. Created by Andy Schultz when she was enrolled in Eric Eliason's English 391 course in Winter 2005.

Smith wrote about skinheads and the way that the culture was a communication of working class values. Included are images of outfits worn by supporters of the movements, descriptions of popular skinhead lyrics, and interviews with skinheads explaining the values of the movement. The paper was written for Dr. Rudy's English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1998.

Contains a cover essay, autobiographical sketch, list of informants, and informant items. Items include skeptical missionairies learning of their opposition, all in a day's work, visiting the members, and last experience for the day stories, and more.

Items include stories about unworthy entrance into the temple, the ability to communicate with the spirit world, the importance of temple work, and miracles in the temple.

Burden collected narratives of family members describing her grandfather's small grocery store. Included are stories of an employee who stole a chocolate bar and ate it in front of a child, a young daughter who accidentally wrote on many important checks, and the grandfather's dislike of the Halloween pumpkin display. The project was written for an English 392 class taught at Brigham Young University in 2009.
