Materials include photographs and memoirs of Glen J. Johnson. The memoirs describe his service in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and those of his four other brothers. He discusses flying B-24 bombing missions over Germany, Austria, and Italy. One photograph depicts Glen Johnson with his bomber crew and the others show his brothers in uniform. There is also a Saints at War Participant Information Sheet with consent and background information. Dated approximately 1941-2002.

A letter describes his contact with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and also provides accounts of four flights in which Johnson encountered mechanical failures, enemy fighters, anti-aircraft fire, and barely survived. Also includes three photocopied photographs and an article about Johnson's experiences. Dated 1942-2000.
