Scope and Contents note This project is a collection of individual's beliefs about the telling of a story called "The Sleeping Lady" and whether or not it is an authentic Native Alaskan story. "The Sleeping Lady" tells of a race of giants in Alaska and how the mountains are the race of people sleeping, to awake when the ways of war are over.
