Handwritten and signed letter dated May 1, 1867. Faraday writes to a Walter White of the "Royal Academy." Faraday states that an "ingot" should be received by White shortly. This Walter White may have been the English author who lived from 1811 to 1893.
Willard Gardner biography
One typewritten booklet. It contains a brief history of Willard Gardner. He has been referred to as the "father of modern soil physics." Willard got his Ph.D. in physics at the University of California at Berkeley and later on joined the Utah State University Physics Department where he worked on the theoretical and experimental interpretation of soil moisture phenomena.
