The Edward Miller Grimm papers contain military records, letters, photographs, and ephemera from Edward Grimm's service in the Army and Navy during World War I and World War II. Also included are sketches (many signed by Grimm and others), several books of family histories, as well as the History of the Philippines Mission, 1961-1970, and a number of films made by Edward's wife, Maxine Tate Grimm, about their family and the Philippines. Materials dated 1918 to 2008.

Papers of Max and Jean Hanks, including letters sent between Max and Jean while Max was serving in the military, Max Hank's certificates and military and flight records, family photographs in black and white and color, including photographs of ancestors, scrapbooks, family history letters and documents, legal papers, diplomas, and a journal kept by Jean. Collection includes the papers of early Utah resident Samuel Stephen jones, including letters, a short autobiography, naturalization records, the lyrics to "Hand Cart Song," a Utah militia commission document, a short, transcribed autobiography of Jones, receipts, a notebook, and stock certificates. Materials dated approximately 1850 to 1914.
