Scope and Contents
Army promotion: "... En atencion a los meritos y servicios del C. Manuel Echeverria ..." and a document putting a soldier on quarter pay in the reserve for ten years: "... El presidente de la Republica, concede licencia ilimitada..." Both are signed by the war minister, Mariano Arista.
