He describes each of the missions he piloted over Germany. Contains copied photographs of his crew, a list of all his combat missions, and an article about Jensen receiving the Distinguished Flying Cross in 2004 for landing his plane with one engine during a mission in 1945. Steve Zolman collection of ephemera, 1896-1915
Contains two items. The first is a ribbon commemorating the completion of the Panama Canal on July 17, 1915. The second is a photocopy of some poems written by Janette Carrington in 1896. They are titled: "An Apostrophe to Zion," "Worship God," "The Prophet Joseph Smith," and "Zion's Leaders".
Steven B. Ellis papers, 1942-2005
Materials contain papers relating to the military service of Stephen B. Ellis in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. Contains an account written by Ellis in 1987, and a transcribed interview, in which Ellis relates the same information. Also contains copied photographs of Ellis, his crew, the planes he flew, and Japanese souvenirs. Also contains a drawing and a copy of certificate awarding Ellis the Purple Heart. Dated 1942-2005.
Steven Marshall memoir and photographs, 1965-1966, 2003
Material contains the memoir of Steven Marshall regarding his service in the U.S. Air Force as a maintenance support clerk and propellor/rotor mechanic during the Vietnam War. Also includes pages of photocopied photographs. He tells how he gained a lot of respect from following Latter-Day Saint standards, and of a meeting he attended where several church leaders, including Elder Gordon B. Hinckley, spoke.
