In addition, the minute book includes a membership list of the Mormon Relief Society in Cedar City.

Includes minutes from meetings at Brigham Young University which Berrett attended between 1967-1969, primary and secondary source documents pertaining to his research in Mormon history, and materials pertaining to his career as a religion professor at BYU including syllabi, textbooks, and lesson plans. Materials dated between 1843-1991.

Orson Spencer letters

Photocopies of handwritten letters. Also included are typescripts of two of the items. The letters were written to Spencer's children when he was in St. Louis, Missouri and largely relate to family matters. Spencer gives fatherly advice to his daughters in a Mormon theological framework on how to conduct themselves and how to treat men.

Typescripts of discourses. Young's remarks cover a wide range of Mormon theological ideas including sacrifice, obedience, and the nature of the biblical character, Adam. Young also talks about his relationship with Joseph Smith (1805-1844), the founder of the Mormon faith.
