Materials contain triangle patch with red border and a blue center with a white cross; the designation HI-Y on it in yellow with elastic on the back. Dated approximately 1940.

Also included is a memoir written by Richard E. Hissrich and a family group sheet and pedigree chart.
Hissrich and Gall families papers
This collection includes thirteen boxes of World War II correspondence between Mary Agnes Gall (Hissrich) and Richard E. Hissrich; World War II memorabilia including photographs, medals, articles of clothing, etc. It also includes one box of correspondence between Albert Gall and Ethel Maass during WWI; photographs from WWI; and other memorabilia relating to WWI. Also included in the collection are discs containing digitized images of the WWI photographs and the WWII correspondence.
