Included are jokes that make the subject look unintelligent, unattractive, and desperate to get married. Cook collected pre-game rituals and traditions practiced by varsity players on the Brigham Young University football team. Included are traditions of listening to calm music and reading the game program, taping ankles and wrists in a specific way, and writing down mantras to help increase confidence. The project was written for an English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1997.

Included are rumors that the school would be sold because it was a poor investment of tithing money, because its students weren't living up to the Honor Code and were therefore not representing the Church well, and stories of professors fired because of their evolution or pro-choice stances.
