Goodwin collected stories about marriage and pre-marriage traditions of unmarried students at Brigham Young University. Included are stories of M and M oracles, the roommate marriage ranking, a three-date engagement. The project was written for Dr. Eliason's English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1998.

The material culture of JMR University Mall : Elizabeth Cannon, 1999
Cannon collected information on custom stickers made by workers at the JMR Chalk Garden in University Mall, Orem. Included are color copies of the stickers which were made by combining stickers of plain colors (usually black, white and red) to create complex designs. The project was compiled for Dr. Eliason's English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1999.

Hatch writes about stories based on her informants' tattoos. Includes why the tattoo was gotten, how the image was chosen, as well as how the interviewee later felt about the tattoo. Project was created for Dr. Eliason's English 392 class at Brigham Young University in 2000.
The maturation of midwifery : folklore reflecting the attitudes and growth of the midwifery community / Theron Brent Harmon, 1997
Harmon collected information on the changing culture and practices of the midwife community and stories from midwives' experiences. Included are stories of a husband going in to insulin shock as he helped his wife have her baby, a midwife who had to deliver unexpected twins, and a midwife describing a traumatizing comment made to her by a doctor. The project was written for an English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1997.
