Margaret Pitzer has just visited Salt Lake City and has heard that Benson wants to run for a second term as Secretary of Agriculture. Benson corrects this rumor. In the first letter, Andrew Borgeson refers to an earlier meeting with Joseph F. Smith where Smith discussed the subject of adoption sealings.
