Collection contains two agreements signed by Erastus Snow related to water rights in St. George, Utah. The first agreement, between Snow and Z.C. Rio Virgen Manufacturing Company, is dated January 10, 1888. The second document is a certificate of confirmation of agreement signed by the Clerk of the Water Commissioners Court of Washington County, UT and dated June 6th, 1888.

The folder contains a handwritten letter responding to a request by a person named Franklin to tell about the Ford, Black, and Baker families dated 1925. The author of the letter writes about such families in the gold fields in the Black Hills area and in the state of Colorado. The signature on the item appears to be that of Gina T. Sopins, but that is uncertain.
