Aurel Pratt Winkler diaries
Photocopies of two handwritten five-year diaries. Aurel kept these in the last years of his life. He writes about his activities and illnesses. The last entry, 17 July 1984, was written by Aurel's wife, Blanche, on the day he died. "He left me this afternoon."
Winston W. Hickman papers, approximately 2000, 1942-1945
Materials contain papers about Winston W. Hickman's military service and experiences in the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II. Discusses his voyage by ship to Europe and the purpose, destinations, and dangers of his combat bombing missions. Hickman flew missions to Austria and Northern Italy. Includes photocopied photographs of himself, his wife and crew. Also contains photocopied newspaper clippings concerning LDS servicemen. Dated 1942-1945, approximately 2000.
Alonzo Winters diary
Photocopy of a handwritten diary. Winters writes about his missionary activities for the Mormon Church. He worked in Nauvoo, Illinois, in other areas of that state, and in Iowa.
William Hubbard Winterton diary
Photocopies of a handwritten diary, a chronology of the history of Great Britain, and genealogies of the Winterton family. The diary was kept weekly by Winterton in 1855 when he was serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Nottingham, England.
Bryan Winward mission journal
Collection includes photocopies of the journal written by Bryan Winward during his mission to Tonga between 1916 and 1919. Also includes photocopies of photographs from the period.
