Scope and Contents Autograph book compiled from slips of papers signed by members of the House of Commons to allow the bearer access to the gallery to watch the proceedings of that legislative body. A typical note says: "admit bearer to the House of Commons" and then is signed by the person granting permission. Signatures include those of W. E. Gladstone, Prime Minister of Great Britain, and those of many other politicians.

Also includes photographs of many of Bubbles' friends and family, including his wife Aysha de Festa and others. Materials date from approximately 1924 to 1985.
