Included are two depositions by Benjamin Harrison regarding land suits; an appointment of a county sheriff signed by James Pleasants; appointments of six Justices of the Peace by Joseph Johnson, three by John Letcher, four by Henry Wise, and three by Francis Pierpont; and an appointment of county surveyor Joshua Pretlow.

Also includes scrapbook, which temporarily replaced Banyan for year 1932, of Edith Young, who later married Chauncy Harris. Each volume contains personal messages from the owner's schoolmates. The scrapbook includes newspaper clippings, ephemera, and photographs. The following is written inside front cover of 1930 volume: "Presented to Chauncy D. Harris by his father, May 30, 1930." Photocopies of handwritten autograph books. Mina received greetings and well wishes from many prominent Utahns and leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Many of these items were written from the Utah State penitentiary by Church leaders incarcerated for polygamy.
