Carlos Ashby Badger papers
Photocopies of diaries, correspondence, and scrapbooks. The correspondence is largely between Carlos Badger and his wife Rose Jenkins Badger. Most of the diaries were kept while Badger served as personal secretary to the United States Senator from Utah, Reed Smoot. The materials deal with the congressional hearings dealing with Smoot, mormon polygamy, Mormon temple endowments, and the politics of both Utah and the United States

Arthur A. Baird photograph album
Photograph album from 1899 by Arthur A. Baird. The first page indicates that it was a Christmas gift to Maurice Moriarty. The album contains twenty-two black and white photographs mostly of Yosemite. There is also one photograph of the Salt Lake Temple.

This collection is composed of personal letters, histories and rememberances from the Claude Vincent and Lillie Liston Baker family. It provides an intimate and loving portrait of a Mormon family and their struggle to tame southern Utah.
Horace Benjamin Baker letters
Contains letters and envelopes. The letters and envelopes are addressed to Henry Baker and Mary Hollister Baker, and are from their son Horace Benjamin Baker. The letters describe life in the West, looking for work, thoughts on Mormonism, and other family news. The collection also contains one letter from Sarah Baker to her parents, in which she describes life in Michigan and her recent illness, and other family news.
Ward Baker letters
Two handwritten and signed letters dated 29 April and 19 June 1951, and addressed to "Dear Bishop" and "Dear Mr. Cannon." Baker requests that someone listen to his music and make it available to Mormons.

Handwritten and signed letter written from Vancouver (B.C.). The item is addressed to Baldwin's wife Susan discussing personal matters.
A. S. Balestier letter
Handwritten letter dated 6 Aug. 1895 and addressed to H. B. Tedrow, an autograph collector in Omaha, Nebraska. Balestier writes that Rudyard Kipling will return to Vermont in September and will only give his autograph to those who first contribute $2.50 to "The Tribune Fresh Air Fund" of New York.
