Geroge Black diaries and letters received
Handwritten diaries and letters. The diaries were kept from 1891 to 1894 when Black was serving as a missionary for the Mormon Church in Great Britain. The two letters were written to him by a son and a daughter when he was living in Manti, Utah.

Seth Millington Blair diary and autobiography
Typescript of an autobiography. Blair writes about his parents, his joining of the Mormon Church, his migration to Utah, his mission to Texas for the Mormon Church, and his life in Salt Lake City, Utah. He includes patriarchal blessings of family members. There are many gaps in the diary.
John A. Blythe journal
Photocopy of typescript. Describes his trip from Salt Lake City to the site of Joseph City and daily life in the United Order in that town. The diary also discusses the author's departure on a supply trip to Salt Lake City and concludes with his arrival in St. George, Utah en route.
A one-page autobiographical sketch entitled "History of John A. Blythe, From his birth to Feb. 3rd, 1876" is also included.
The book of life of Hugh Moon
Typescript of an autobiography. Moon was born in Lancashire, England, converted to Mormonism with his parents, came to Nauvoo, Illinois, migrated to Utah in 1848, moved to St. George, Utah, in 1861, and relocated to Farmington, Utah, in 1866.
Catherine Bowles family histories
Typed, photocopied, and bound genealogical information. The item contains a pedigree chart and family histories of Bowles' ancestors.

Henry Buckingham letters to Frank Albert Root
Handwritten and signed letters, probably written about 1904, and addressed to Frank A. Root. Buckingham apparently writes to Root in answer to a request. Buckingham tells about his overland journey from Lake Erie to California in 1850 and 1851. He also spend "a few weeks among the saints" (Mormons) of Utah.
James Bullock autobiography and diary
Handwritten autobiography and diary. Bullock writes about his life from 1830 to 1853 at which time he starts a diary which he kept from 13 Nov. to 18 Dec. 1853. Also included is a diary Bullock kept from 1 to 21 Jan. 1859 while serving on a mission for the Mormon Church in England.
