Collection of audio and video recordings from the department, and part of the Mormon Media Collection. Contains compact discs, audio cassettes, video cassettes, and one phonograph of various discourses, including those by Truman G. Madsen. Also includes library stamp cards, and receipts from Brigham Young University library and Salt Lake City Temple. Dated 1895 to 1990.

Collection of 1940s home recording equipment
A collection of 1940s home recording equipment, including a Packard-Bell Phonocord from 1947, with a stylus, Astatic Microphone (Conneaut, Ohio model W-SO), and phonograph instruction kit with five Phonocord Playhouse scripts. Also contains an Air King gramophone player, seven pre-recorded paper-based discs, and 53 recordable discs, including Voice-O-Graph discs. Recordable discs appear to have recorded radio broadcasts or other local recordings.
