Biography of Mary Ann Covington Stratton West
Scope and Contents
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a tyewritten biography. Mary Ann Covington was born in 1815 in England, and she joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1840. She emigrated to Utah in 1847 in the company of her husband, Joseph Albert Stratton. Her husband died in 1850, and she married Chauncey Walker West in 1852. She had no children and died in 1908.

Clayson was a grand niece of Mary Ann Covington Stratton West. Clayson was associated with North Utah County Company, Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Adams Camp, American Fork, Utah.
