Robert Lang Cambell letter
Handwritten and signed letter, dated March 9, 1855, and addressed to Jesse P. Harmon. Cambell affirms the election of the Office of Alderman of the First Municipal Ward of Salt Lake City, Utah.
David H. Chapman letter
Handwritten and signed letter dated 1832. Chapman affirms that Jesse P. Harmon has been elected First Lieutenant in the Erie County Volunteer infantry.

Charles Holst letter
Handwritten and signed letter, dated May 18, 1859, and addressed to John Barnum. Holst directs Barnum to pay J. P. Harmon $12.50.
F. D. Richards letter
Handwritten and signed letter, dated April 5, 1858, and addressed to Jesse P. Harmon. Richards tells Hrmon to notify all officers to attend a military council to be held at the tabernacle in Salt Lake City, Utah. Pasted to the same sheet is an appointment to the Standing Committees on the Improvement and Public Grounds and a note that was certified by R. A. McBride, selectman for Millard County, Utah.
