Amy McClean collected personal narratives of rumors involving teachers. Included are rumors falling into the categories of physical body, employment requirements beyond the norm, eccentric trains, monetary status, and romantic to immoral. Project was written for an English 392 class taught at Brigham Young University during Winter semester 1989.

Contains a cover essay, autobiographical sketch, informant list, and informant items. Items include mission folksongs of the tricksters, mission rituals, comic relief, trickster vacations, triumph of the trickster, trickster backfire, and going home rituals.

After serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at Temple Square Lazeras decided to collect stories and about the Salt Lake Temple, and some of the oddities about it. Included are stories of the temple building process, stories of women being hidden inside the temple, and visions within the temple. Project was created for Dr. Eliason's English 391 course taught at Brigham Young University in 2000.

Leinenbach interviewed his father, Rick Leinenbach, about his childhood in a farming family. Included are stories of massive extended family dinners on Sundays, riding pigs with his cousins and getting in to trouble, and near-death experiences. Included are a history of the house and its inhabitants, a description of the house and any alterations made to it over the years, and pictures of the house and details. Project was for an Anthropology 315 class taught at Brigham Young University during Winter semester 1987.

Scope and Contents note Morrison collected faith-promoting stories related to the dedication of the San Diego temple built by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Included are stories of a Bishop praying and fasting to get 45 members from Mexico over the border to the dedication without passports, an angel singing too loudly with the choir, and a less active member getting to attend a session of the dedication with the missionaries because miraculously, two tickets became available.
