The San Diego Temple dedication / Michael Morrison, 1997
Scope and Contents note
Morrison collected faith-promoting stories related to the dedication of the San Diego temple built by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Included are stories of a Bishop praying and fasting to get 45 members from Mexico over the border to the dedication without passports, an angel singing too loudly with the choir, and a less active member getting to attend a session of the dedication with the missionaries because miraculously, two tickets became available. The project was written for an English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1997.
