The notes are directed to the Commercial National Bank of Salt Lake City, Utah, and to Zion's Savings Bank and Trust Company. Strain writes concerning the Ruby Valley Land Company. Strain wants to know the strength of the company and the outlook for its succes. Apparently, the company was established with the intention of attracting Mormon settlers.
