Photocopy of a photograph and short history published by the Baker County Library, and an enlarged version of the photograph, which is of Berthold Neuberger and friend riding in Sanford Heilner's first automobile in the 4th of July Baker parade. Berthold (Bert) is Clara's nephew, son of Clara's sister, Friederika. Dated July 4, 1905.
Mary A. Hicks interview with Viney Baker
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typescript of an interview. Baker was interviewed by Mary A. Hicks in 1937 as part of the Federal Writer's Project for the Works Progress Administration. The item includes handwritten corrections. Baker was freed after the Civil War, but he continued to be forced to work, and he was treated very poorly. His mother was sold in the middle of the night. He describes severe beatings and being reunited with his mother.

Biography of William E. Bate
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. William E. Bate was born in 1846 in England. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah in 1859. He settled in American Fork and died in 1907 in Rigby, Idaho. This item was read by Laura Logie Timpson at a meeting of Adams Camp, Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Utah County, American Fork, Utah.
James A. Baudle diary and an account book
Handwritten volume and photocopies of the materials. Baudle writes about his journey from Illinois to California in 1849. It also includes the author's financial ledger covering the years 1847 to 1871. The collection includes a photograph of Baudle taken in 1907.
