Samuel W. Richards diaries
Photocopies of excerpts from handwritten diaries. The items cover the years 1846-1847, 1857-1859, 1868, 1869, 1873, and 1875-1876. Richards lived in Nauvoo, Illinois, presided over the European Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, prepared Utah Militia units for an expedition into Sanpete County, and served on another mission to the Eastern United States. Also included are patriarchal blessings and miscellaneous items relating to Richards and his family.
Silas Richards diary and autobiography
This collection consists of photocopies made of a typescript of Richards' diary and autobiography. The typescript was made by Ailcy Brady Casper Morrell in 1957. Richards was pioneer who came to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1849 and settled in St. George, Utah in 1864. He was active in many assignments for the Mormon Church. Also included is a short biography of Richard's wife Kezia Frances Brady Richards by Laura F. Tucker Henrie.

This collection contains the personal and professional papers of W. Franklin Richards. These papers include newspaper clippings, pamphlets, programs, postcards, poems, plays, magazine articles, reports, business cards, sketches, correspondence, architectural drawings, and various other papers, dated circa 1918-1972.
John Wickliffe Rigdon affidavits
Printed, typewritten, and handwritten affidavits and miscellaneous items. Most of the items deal with legal matters in New York State relating to the affairs of John W. and Sidney Rigdon.
Oral history interview of Howard Riley
Typescipt of an interview taken from the included audiocassettes. The interview was conducted by David Jones on 14 August 1985 for Dr. Ray Hillam's Political Science 379R course at Brigham Young University. Roley talks about joining the U.S. Navy out of high school and describes his experiences while on ships off the coasts of Iwo Jima and Okinawa.
Edward Partridge road tax receipts
Handwritten road tax receipts for labor on the District Road in Painesville, Ohio, to be applied toward the road tax. Signed by Edward Partridge, early Mormon bishop, who served as superintendent of the district.
Sarah Lynn Robertson interview with Reed Higgins
Typescript of an interview conducted by Sarah Lynn Robertson from the included sound tapes. Higgins tells about his training in Hawaii and Texas. He also talks about his deployment to the Philippines. He spent some time on Okinawa and Japan. Higgins also relates his impressions when he returned home.

Joseph Lee Robinson writes about his family, spiritual manifestations, conversion to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Joseph Smith's teachings, his journey from Nauvoo to Salt Lake City, service as a bishop, how seagulls saved the crops, death of Jedediah M. Grant, his plural wives and his journey to southeast Idaho.

Contains two documents, a bill and receipt, dated August 8, 1822, and a bond for a writ from the Court of Chancellory, State of Missouri, July 9, 1821.
Francisco Rochin petition
Photocopy of a handwritten document. The item is a petition from Rochin requesting a discharge from the army.
