Typescript of an interview (78 pages) conducted by LeGrand Baker on August 14, 1986 for the Brigham Young University Archives. Allen tells about the career and programs of John H. Perry (b. 1917), author and businessman, who had a plan called the National Dividend Plan to more effectively handle public assistance in the United States.

Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typescript of an interview. Baker was interviewed by Mary A. Hicks in 1937 as part of the Federal Writer's Project for the Works Progress Administration. The item includes handwritten corrections. Baker was freed after the Civil War, but he continued to be forced to work, and he was treated very poorly. His mother was sold in the middle of the night. He describes severe beatings and being reunited with his mother.

Scope and Contents Trancript of an interview conducted by Martin F. Peterson on 18 March 1985 for the Ray Hillam war project. Baldwin participated in the Korean and Vietnamese wars. He joined the United States Air Force at the end of World War II. He became a pilot and trained as a fighter pilot in 1950. He flew missions from Japan during the Korean War, and he enjoyed the experience he gained during that conflict.
