Biographical History

D. Allan Mackay (1916-2009) was an engineer for city water supplies in California.

Daniel Allan Mackay was born on July 12, 1916, in Salt Lake City, Utah, one of 6 children born to parents Daniel Thomas and Norma Christopherson Mackay. He married Edyth LaVern Sorenson on May 25, 1937, in St. Louis, Missouri, and together had 3 children. He worked as a water engineer in California. Mackay died in Orem, Utah, on December 25, 2009.
