Photograph of Rev. Thomas H. Skinner D.D. of New York. Rev. Skinner is an old man with a partially bald with long wisps of hair around the back and sides of his head. His eyes are very light and piercing while his neck seems very long and thin. He has on a very high collared shirt that covers most of his jawline. He is wearing a dark suit with large buttons. The photograph was taken by F. Gutekunst of Philadelphia.
