Photograph of William Wood, Elizabeth Dennistoun Kane's father. Wood has a salt and pepper colored beard and is wearing a gray patterned wool suit. This photograph was taken by M. Ormsbee in New York and signed by Wood on the back with the date of Marcy 18, 1865.
