Predominately Fifth Judicial District Court of Montana with some Montana Supreme Court and other district courts. Documents are arranged alphabetically by the last name of the first plaintiff cited and in instances where a civil authority is the plaintiff, the document is arranged by the last name of the first defendant cited. Some documents are undated.

Lyman Hakes Bennett (1885-1967) is buried in Virginia City, Montana Lyman Hakes Bennett was born in 1885. He was a Montana judge and lawyer. He died in 1967 and is buried in Virginia City, Montana.
