Contract. James Jenkins of Baker Co., Oregon, for the sum of $1.00, sells to E. D. Cohn of Malheur city, Baker Co. five horses, one wagon, two pair harnesses and will pay to E. D. Cohn by the first day of August 1881, $308.00 or Cohn is authorized to sell all the above. Dated March 26, 1881.
