Scope and Contents note

The photograph is of an older man in his early 50s or late 60s. His white hair is parted to one side. He has a small white beard around his face. His suit is light in color while his tie is black. He has a defined brow-ridge and thick eyebrows. The picture is framed by two red lines running most of the length of the picture. The picture was taken by J. E. McClees in Philadelphia.
