Scope and Contents

Letter from the First Presidency of the Church, Lorenzo Snow, George Q. Cannon, and Joseph F. Smith, Salt Lake City, Utah, to George H. Brimhall asking that advanced students in the missionary class be instructed in a foreign language. This is in light of the efforts to expand the missionary program. Dated September 10, 1900.
