This project contains a collection of missionary initiation rituals. The analysis notices that most initiation rituals involve embarrassing the new missionary, and many others also involve food. He also discusses how these stories relate to the basic functions of folklore. Stories include "Bed Buddies" "The Pig Head" "Angry Boyfriend" "Gay Elders" "Hooligan Missionaries" and others.
