Scope and Contents

Letter from Heilner family to Sigmund Heilner and Seligmann Heilner. Peace has been restored in Germany. Desperate concern, regarding Jewish persecution and danger, has consumed Aron and Nanni for their Karbach and Hochhausen family. David would have been conscripted into the military had the war not ended. Dated September 2, 1866. Also contains a translation of the letter.
