Parley W. Newman (born 1923) was a professor of speech pathology in Utah and WWII veteran.

Parley W. Newman was born in 1923 and was raised in Ogden, Utah. He served as a paratrooper for the United States Army during WWII. He was stationed in New Guinea and was involved in a airborne assault in the Philippines. He later became a professor of speech pathology at Brigham Young University. As of 1999, he was a resident of Orem, Utah.
