Contains documents from the Oliver Cowdery family and from the state of Vermont. Two documents, a deed and a notice of lost property, are signed by William Cowdery, Oliver's father. Also includes a land auction record from Wells, Vermont, and an original printed proclamation from the governor of Vermont regarding Shays' Rebellion (1786-1787).
