Ellis M. Sanders (1808-1873) was a farmer in Utah.

Sanders was born on December 5, 1808, in Stanton, Delaware to parents Ellis Sanders and Hannah Mendenhall. In 1822 he married Rachel Broom Roberts and together they had seven children. Sanders also married Esther Ann Pierce on February 2, 1846.

Sanders died on January 15, 1873 in St. George, Utah.
