Ernest L. Wilkinson (1899 1978) was a founding partner in the law firm of Wilkinson, Cragun & Barker, who handled the Indian Claims Commission cases during the 1950s-1980s. The firm broke up in 1982.

Abstract

Contains a collection of transcripts from the Indian Claims Commission from the 19th and 20th centuries, concerning mainly the Shosone Indians; appraisals of land and mineral resources; exhibit material; selection of books and maps; reel-to-reel tapes; case petitions and pleadings and legislative history.
