Ernest L. Wilkinson (1899 1978) was a founding partner in the law firm of Wilkinson, Cragun & Barker, who handled the Indian Claims Commission cases during the 1950s-1980s. The firm broke up in 1982.

Additions to the Indian Litigation Files of the Wilkinson Law Firm, ca. 1949-1960. They are mostly files of the Ute Tribe and Menominee Tribe, plus some law office correspondence files.The seventeen bound volumes contain legal documents of Indian Litigation Cases heard by the Indian Claims Commission, 1949-1970.
