Typed transcripts of "patriarchal blessing(s)" given to Nelson Heresford Kathan and Sarah Jane King Kathan by John A. West, a Mormon patriarch. Also included are two certificates recording the ordination of Nelson H. Kathan to offices in the Mormon priesthood and two short, handwritten histories of Nathan and Sarah Kathan.
Nellie Kauer family history
The folder contains 14 pages; a typewritten history of the Kauer family with handwritten corrections and genealogies of the Kauer family with information on the Maxham family as well. Included in the Kauer family history are correspondences with family members. The papers are dated circa 1947-1988.
Kendall County, Illinois Court writs
Photocopies of handwritten and printed writs. They declare that David Hyrum Smith, a leader in the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, is legally insane and should be sent to an institution. Many of the items were signed by Joseph Smith, III, the founder of that faith. Also included are newspaper clippings and a certificate verifying David Smith's death.
Arick Sheranian Kezerian personal record and autobiography
Typewritten autobiography. Kezerian tells about the history of her family in Turkey, her early life there near Zara, her conversion to the Mormon faith in the years 1887-1888, her emigration to Murray, Utah in 1902, and her life there.

This collection consists of 10 leaves photocopied from the holograph of Kitchel's pocket journal concerning an interview with Oliver Cowdery, Sidney Rigdon, and Leman Copley. In his opinion, these Mormon leaders were misguided and infers that they were inspired by Satan.
