Donkin, a member of one of BYU's a capella groups called Noteworthy, became interested in folklore passed around within and between all a capella groups at BYU. In this project, she takes a closer look at jokes, traditions, and rituals that have together made up the heart of these a capella groups. Created by Jackie Donkin while enrolled in Jacqueline Thursby's English 391 course during winter semester 2007 at Brigham Young University.

Project includes spiritual feelings, and physical difficulties that came with the decision to join the Church. A classification of cooking errors / Shaynie Echols, 1998
Echols collected stories of cooking mistakes and accidents. Included are stories of forgetting to grease a baking pan, confusing evaporated and sweetened condensed fudge, and feeding culinary mistakes to the family dog who then throws up. Forsyth collected printed humorous lore from her workplace at the Waterford Institute, a company that designs and creates educational software. Included are internet forwards that make fun of engineers by listing attributes specific to programmers, a funny system problem report form making fun of users, and jokes relating to different computer producing companies. The project was written for an English 392 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1997.
