Scope and Contents note

Echols collected stories of cooking mistakes and accidents. Included are stories of forgetting to grease a baking pan, confusing evaporated and sweetened condensed fudge, and feeding culinary mistakes to the family dog who then throws up. The project was written for Dr. Eliason's English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1998.
