Material contains a photocopied article written by Richard Dale Hirtzel about the "Communications Via KComZ in Korea" of the Korean Communication Zone in which Hirtzel was the Chief of Radio. Included is a photocopied photograph of Hirtzel in uniform and a photocopy of his Meritorious Service Medal Certificate. File also contains a hand-written memoir of his experience serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Dated 1953.
