Biographical sketch of Washburn Chipman
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typed biography. Sadie Chipman writes about her father, Washburn Chipman. Washburn was born in Canada in 1829 and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1836. He moved near Nauvoo, Illinois, and migrated to Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1847. He later settled in American Fork, Utah, where he died in 1926

Cancelled check no. 958 for the amount of $10,000. Check sent from Mark W. Hofmann to G. Ralph Bailey Pension Fund for "repayment of Lyn loan." Check dated May 31, 1985.
Mark Hofmann papers
Contains two historical documents (late 19th century) acquired by Hofmann during his LDS mission in England. Also includes notes taken by Hoffman during his mission, mostly containing references to gospel doctrines and contains a letter to Hoffman's wife, Doralee Olds Hofmann, related to selling manuscripts. Later installment includes Carbon County court documents and other items related to forgeries.
