Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography of Edward Conder and Helen Pierce Conder. Edward was born in 1826. He married Helen Pierce in 1846. She was also born in 1826. As members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints they migrated to Utah in 1850 and settled in American Fork. He died in 1885, and she died in 1894.

Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biogaphy of Sarah Shelley Conder. Sarah Shelley was born in England in 1840. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, migrated to Utah in 1851, and settled in American Fork. She married Edward Conder in 1855, had eleven children, and died in 1917.

Leonard Smith Conger letter to Levi Conger

Don C. Conley oral histories for The Pioneer Chinese of Utah

Collection includes twelve sound reels containing interviews of either descendants of early settlers in the Utah Territory, such as Wallace Clay, or Utah historians, like Juanita Brooks. The interviews are oral histories that were used as part of Conley's master's thesis, published in 1976. Each reel includes one person's story, with the exception of reel number nine, which contains two interviews. Dated 1974-1975.

Peter Wilson Conover autobiography

Photocopy of a typescript of an autobiography. The date of composition of the item is uncertain. Conover writes about the persecutions of Mormons before their emigration to Utah, his service in the Utah Militia against the Utes and in the Utah War from 1857 to 1858, and his family.

Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Sarah Ann Piling Mayne Cooper was born in England in 1821 and died in West Jordan, Utah, in 1880. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah. She married George Mayne and Frank Cooper.

John Van Cott diaries

Handwritten diaries with typescripts. The diaries cover the years 1852 to 1856 and 1859 to 1862. Van Cott writes about his service as president of the Scandinavian mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He lived in Copenhagen, Denmark. He also writes about helping organize the migration of Mormon pioneers by handcart in 1856 at Iowa City, Iowa.

Biography of Edward Covington

Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Covington was born in England in 1826. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah in 1857 where he settled in Salt Lake City. He married Emma Pickering and died in 1919.
