Photocopy of a ledger recording "circulars" sent out by South Carolina Conference President, S.P. Oldham, from January 4, 1897 to February 9, 1898. There are nine circulars labeled "Circular A #1" through "Circular A #9." Topham inserted four pages of notes, which he titled "Items of instructions in Priesthood meeting at Chesterfield Conf. Nov 15 & 16, [18]97 From Apostles Lymon [sic] & Cowley, Pres. [Elias] Kimball & Pres. Oldham." (83 pp.)
