File contains excerpt account of Jay R. Jensen titles "Six Years in Hell", published by Horizon Publishers. Describes Jensen's time as a prisoner in Veitnam, specifically of having Christmas there. Also contains copy of Elder Gordon B. Hinckley's talk in the April 1968 General Conference, where he speaks about the Vietnam War. Dated 1968, 1978.

Material contains an original photograph, as well as Chapter 21 from the book "It Took Heroes: Volume II," which relates Jerry Clayton's heroic actions when his unit came under fire in Vietnam while serving in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Clayton gives his own account of this experience as well. A few other brief accounts are included, such a story about Clayton's swearing problem and Christmas 1969. Dated 1966, 2000, approximately 2000.
